My Name is Monique Nachia Jennings-Swanson. I became a cook, because i saw how much joy it brought to people. I believe that people bond over food. Cooking has been a passion of mine since i was little. I cook with my heart. Trust when you say " You can taste the love in my food "My grandma Lucy always said "Always room for one more at the table." That is how I cook like there is always one more.
